How to Order

For Business:


Placing an order with us is easy. simply provide us with a brief detailing your requirements and we will provide you with a fixed, fair, free quotation for the job.

We are committed to providing a first class service to all our clients.

Our fixed rate for design services is £20 per hour.  Print costs vary depending on scale and nature of the job.

Once we have received an approved copy of our quotation signed by you, we will commence work on the job.

Our general terms of payment for businesses are 30 days from the date on our invoice unless otherwise stipulated and agreed on our quotation.

For You (Angela's Cards):

Illustration Commissions & Illustrative Wedding Stationery in 3 Easy Steps:

STEP 1:  To commisson an illustrative design for your wedding stationery or gift, please either use the contact page on this site or send an email to: sales@uxellapublicity.co.uk

Please include the following details in your email:

1. Your name, address and a contact phone number.
2. Attach reference photos of the people and places you would like illustrated, clearly labelling who is who.
3.  Provide as much detail as you can about the occasion, the people and places you would like illustrated. Your contact phone number is vital here, as we prefer to chat through any ideas we or you may have.
4.  Please state the date the illustration is required.  Our general timescales are:
- wedding stationery requires 25 working days to fulfil
- wedding gifts and other illustrations require 10 working days. 

STEP 2: Once we have received all the details listed above we can provide you with a quote.  

In order to start work on the job we will require your approval of the quote by return of email. 

STEP 3: When we have received your email approving our quote we will start the line drawing/ basic layout and email a proof of that to you within a couple of days along with an invoice for the full amount.   We will require a full payment in advance by cheque before your order can be completed & dispatched to you (at present we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit cards).

Upon receipt of your payment we will then fulfil your order and advise you when the job is complete & dispatched. Please refer to STEP 1 above for general fulfilment times.

Replacements and refunds are given at the discretion of Uxella Publicity Limited in the unlikely event of mistakes which are clearly the responsibility of Uxella Publicity Limited, or for goods damaged in transit.  Uxella Publicity Limited will not replace or refund an error clearly contained within your instructions.
 
Personalised Stationery Using Our Style Sheet Range:

To place an order for personalised stationery from the Angela’s Cards range, simply follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Look through the PDF style sheets on this website and select your chosen design templates, borders, backgrounds, fonts and images.  Using the references on the style sheets, send us your choice via our contact page.

2. If you would like a personalised image created for your cards, simply attach a photo of the person/people/pets you would like to include.  Please remember to explain in your email who is who in the photo.  We will then create the image and email a line drawing proof to you for your approval. Jpeg attachments are our preferred format for photos. 

3. We will then raise an invoice for the full amount.  We will require a full payment in advance by cheque before your order can be dispatched to you (at present we are unable to accept payment by credit or debit cards).

4. Upon receipt of your payment, we will fulfil your order and aim to have it with you within the following 8 to 10 working days.
